Nextly flips the script with an AI-powered engine that curates stories based on what you actually care about. Swipe through articles like a social feed, react with fire or love, and let the algorithm learn your taste. No noise, no spam — just the stories that matter to you.

Personalized from day one

The onboarding experience sets Nextly apart. Users create a profile with a photo, name, and username, then choose their vibe — picking from topics like Tech, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming, Science, World, Business, and more. This data feeds directly into the AI curation engine, ensuring the very first feed a user sees is already tailored to their interests.

No generic "trending" page, no information overload — Nextly delivers a curated experience from the moment you sign up. Authentication supports Google OAuth and phone number sign-in for maximum accessibility.

The feed that learns

The home feed is where Nextly shines. Full-bleed article cards with immersive imagery, category badges (Gaming, Tech, World), source attribution, and engagement metrics create a premium reading experience. Fire reactions, love counts, and thinking emojis replace traditional likes — adding personality to how users interact with stories. The bottom navigation provides instant access to Feed, Create, and Profile sections.

Built for speed

Nextly is built with React Native for cross-platform performance, delivering native-quality animations and gesture handling on both iOS and Android. The AI curation layer processes user engagement signals — swipes, reactions, reading time, and topic preferences — to continuously refine the feed algorithm. Firebase handles real-time data sync, push notifications, and user authentication, while a custom content pipeline aggregates stories from trusted sources worldwide.
